We offer consultancy roles that provide asset specific detailed analysis of the market, through to full transactional roles, introducing the best and most relevant operators, and negotiating the best possible terms for traditional or non-traditional agreements.

We specialise in negotiating management agreements and non-traditional lease arrangements, on behalf of both owners and operators having completed more than 20 throughout the UK.

We offer flexible workspace operators the ability to discuss, in confidence, the opportunities available and how they can expand their portfolios through JV arrangements, from management agreements to profit-share and turnover leases, lease agreements and operational or freehold purchases.
