32 Curzon Street, London W1

HEWN has acquired 32 Curzon Street, Mayfair on behalf of London Executive Offices (‘LEO’), a leading provider of high quality serviced offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms.
The 6,444 sq.ft. of space is an impressive addition to LEO’s established West End portfolio. It follows the opening by LEO of a new serviced office centre at 14 Curzon Street in March this year.
32 Curzon Street is a Grade II listed building with a separate Grade II listed façade in the garden. It was formerly the home of both Radio England and Radio Britain.
The building is situated on the south side of Curzon Street, the internationally-known Mayfair street that links Berkeley Square to Park Lane.
LEO’s Commercial Director, Conal O’Hara said: “The acquisition of 32 Curzon Street is a tremendous addition to our West End portfolio and further consolidates our position as the capital’s most exclusive serviced office provider.
“The building boasts beautiful architectural details and will be complemented by state-of-the-art technology and world class design sympathetic to its surrounds.”
HEWN director Will Kinnear commented: “We are delighted to have helped LEO acquire space in such a prestigious Mayfair location. The deal is part of LEO’s planned growth strategy and adds to its already impressive London portfolio.”
