The HEWN Flexible Workspace Returns Index

 

HEWN has created the world’s first index showing the available returns from flexible workspace across the UK’s largest cities and London’s seven sub-markets.

The index evaluates three product tiers, from premium to basic, over the last 12 months and beyond with five year trend graphs comparing available returns directly to headline rents across the UK.

Tracking these trends helps building owners identify financial opportunities linked to flexible workspace, while also recognising the broader benefits that hospitality led models bring to occupiers.

It also enables owners with existing operations to benchmark performance and refine their offering.
