THE BA PARTNERSHIP TAKES TWO FLOORS AT 120 HOLBORN
The BA Partnership has signed their tenth site at 120 Holborn for nearly 17,000 sq.ft. across part of the 5th and 9th floor. The managed office solutions company plan to launch their first fully flexible workspace operation.
120 Holborn is a nine-storey mixed-use site on the corner of Hatton Garden located between Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations. Q2 2024 saw the highest demand since the pandemic for flexible office solutions in The City, particularly by Financial Services, Tech and Professional services – proving a timely deal for the operator advised by HEWN.
Sunny Bhalla, Managing Director of The BA Partnership comments, “We’re ambitious to expand our portfolio and offer, and 120 Holborn provides us with the opportunity not just to grow but to increase our offer with our first fully workspace operation. With the economy on the up, and in a prime location, we look forward to providing our clients with in-demand quality workspaces to aid their productivity.”
“The BA Partnership understand the need to provide their occupiers with what they want. Their leases at 120 Holborn include a floor dedicated to a single tenant, which sits alongside the flex workspace product they are launching. Suffice to say the sector is booming, but it’s all about the right product in the right place – which is exactly what Sunny and his team are delivering and it has been great working with them to make this a reality,” shares Will Kinnear, founder of HEWN.
The distinctive building situated on Holborn Circus was originally designed by Richard Seifert in 1979.
