It would appear that there is a consensus that the office market cannot sit still and (as much as it is hard to do) it needs to keep adapting to meet tenant and employee demands.
Who should be providing the service, the product and the environment to attract and retain occupiers?
Sounds an easy question to answer but one size does not fit all and owners, managers, operators and occupiers need to fully understand who should and is responsible for each aspect.
