I had the pleasure of joining Christy Bowen (JLL) and Mark Dixon (International Workplace Group plc ) on the latest episode of RICS Podcast, where we tackled one of the most pressing topics in commercial real estate: the rise of flexible workspaces — inspired by my recent report, The HEWN flexible workspace returns index.
