What should WeWork’s landlords do?
Front page across this week’s Property Week and covered in many of the papers this week is the announcement that WeWork is planning to file for bankruptcy in the US as early as next week.
For many of us, we have watched (and commented on) the WeWork story with great interest. The deals just didn’t stack up; the landlords I’m speaking to are preparing themselves for the worst… Every cloud has a silver lining, and in this case I think the benefits for some landlords are huge!
