What’s next for WeWork?
The brand almost single handedly changed the whole perception of the sector, but those in the sector were watching the deals WeWork were doing and in synergy were thinking – these deals don’t stack up!
Despite WeWork’s tale, the sector is flourishing!
The number of different products and services provided by both operators and property landlords will only grow, and the opportunities for SMEs and corporates alike to find space that suits them has never been so bountiful.
