When we think of Co-Working Spaces – we think of millennials and Gen Z-ers right?
And that’s where it fails, flexible working needs to be more inclusive. Spaces need to feel right for your new starters but also those who’ve been in the business for 20-30 years.
If possible, owners and operators need to create a variety of spaces to appeal to different ages and needs – open plan desks, fixed desks, privacy booths, and offices which are closed off too.
